  1. Waiting time and airport parking is charged at cost.
  2. Expenses Lodgement Deposit
    • This is fully refundable and has to be paid before the beginning of the term. The remaining amount from each term is carried over to the next term.
  3. Other Expenses may include:
    • Pocket money.
    • Additional Clothing (if needed).
    • Outings such as a visit to a museum, theatre, cinema, restaurant or shopping centre.
    • All public transport fares.
    • School visits by a guardian or a member of staff (charged at £15.00 per hour).
    • Emergency medical treatments and medications that are not covered by the medical insurance.
    • Communication: telephone calls to the student and his parents or agency (charged at BT rates).
    • Additional expenses are charged at cost and we will always seek parental permission before any substantial or unexpected expenses are incurred.
  4. Other Charges
    • Where students remain in the UK over the Christmas period there is an additional supplement charge of £100.
    • Where students stay remain for the long holidays (most students usually return home) there is an additional supplement charge of £3.50 per day
